We only collect what you type in. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no Facebook tag, no Google Analytics, and no cross-site tracking.
Contact form. Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, industry and message.
Booking page. Your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company, industry and a note about what you want to cover, along with the meeting time you pick.
Chat assistants. This site has AI assistants on it, including Alfred and the chat window on several pages. Whatever you type into them is sent to our automation system so the assistant can answer. If you use a voice feature, the audio of what you say is sent for transcription. Do not put anything confidential into these tools.
Free prompt tool. The text you enter is sent to our automation system to generate your result.
Server logs. Our host records standard technical information for every visit, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. This is normal for any website and we use it only for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold it and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Enquiries and booking details are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, and then deleted on request. Chat transcripts are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the assistant. If you want something gone sooner, ask and we will delete it.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
To exercise any of these rights, email rain@reignaistrategies.com with the request. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm you are the person whose information you are asking about before we act.
Our site and systems are operated in the United States, so information you send us is processed there. If you are in the UK or the EU, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection under UK and EU data protection law. Use the same email address and we will handle it.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our host may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working and to protect it from abuse.
This site is meant for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS and access to submissions is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything highly sensitive through a web form or a chat window.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
