Kaave "Rain" Kashefi founded REIGN AI Strategies in Beverly Hills, California in 2025. The company trains businesses to use AI on the work they already do, and builds the systems that carry it once the training is over.
Thirty years of running businesses sit behind that. Fourteen of them in restaurants, including training fine dining staff at the Bellagio and working in a good number of other fine establishments. The rest across e-commerce and real estate: a multi-channel retail business he founded and ran for nineteen years, a B2B distribution company representing more than sixty brands, and multi-family apartment development.
